An Index is an alphabetic list of key words or subjects contained in the main document, together with the page numbers on which they appear.
Our indices (now often called indexes) include recommendations for related subjects to give readers better overall reference.
The Index is the last section of the document.
For an online publication, we recommend hyperlinks to the associated passage.
