common forms:

- manuals,
- reference books,
- instruction sheet,
- etc.
- Silk screen, such as:
- placards,
- labels,
- notices,
- etc.
- Softcopy:
- Online, such as:
- computer-resident help files, accessed from the application
in use,
- readme files or Release Notes that accompany the software,
- electronic tutorials,
- etc.
- Internet-available, such as:
- updates to online files (see above) that may be
downloaded,
- reference material,
- newsletters,
- etc.
